Do you offer samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we offer samples on some products so you can check the quality before placing a bulk order. Samples are usually charged, but this may be deducted from your first order if you decide to purchase in volume. Contact us to get a refund for your sample purchase.
Can I personalize my order with my logo or labels?
Yes, we offer customization service for the following products:

A minimum order may apply for this service. Contact us to place a custom order indicating the product and number of pieces.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, our minimum order amount is €100 excluding VAT. This allows our customers to order in small quantities to test our products.
What are the payment terms for business customers?
We accept payments by bank transfer and credit card. For large orders, we also offer suitable payment terms after evaluation.

What are the delivery times for bulk orders?
Delivery times depend on the destination and the quantity ordered. In general, our packages are delivered within 3 to 7 working days for Europe, with express options if necessary.
In France, allow 2 to 3 days with Chronopost.
What are the shipping costs for international orders?
Shipping costs depend on the destination, weight and volume of the order. We work with reliable carriers to offer competitive rates and package tracking. You can view shipping costs after entering your shipping address on our site.
What is your return policy?
As a wholesaler, returns are accepted only for defective or non-compliant products. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange.

Export and Taxation

Do I have to pay VAT on my order?
- French private or professional customers: You must pay French VAT.
- European customers with a valid intra-community VAT number: You are exempt from French VAT (intra-community delivery).
- European customers without a VAT number: You must pay French VAT.
- Customers outside the EU: Your order is exempt from French VAT, but you may have to pay customs duties and VAT in your country.
I have an intra-community VAT number, how can I be exempt from VAT?
When ordering from an EU country as a professional with a VAT number, French VAT may appear when you place your order even though you do not have to pay it. You must validate your order with the VAT: we will refund it to you before the final invoicing of your purchase after verifying the validity of your VAT number.
For your next orders, we will apply an automatic VAT exemption for your customer profile.
